"My role is quite diverse. My day to day role revolves around responding to client enquiries, preparing quotes, purchasing and issuing invoices. I am also our Health and Safety officer so I review all policies and procedures to make sure we are compliant, as well as most importantly keeping all our staff safe!"

What are your hobbies outside of work? 

"In my spare time, I am a Fully Qualified Independent Travel Agent - I love everything holidays! Most importantly though, you will find me cheering and rooting for my 2 sons, on the side lines of their Football & Rugby Matches."

What are your hobbies outside of work? 

"I love floristry and have recently passed my level 2 technical floristry qualification and working on my level 3. As well at this you'll find me spending my weekends cheering on my daughter at her football matches or visiting my eldest children at University!"

"I'm not really a mid-morning snacker but I do enjoy a mexican flatbread from time to time for my lunch!"

"My role is essentially to be the outgoing sales voice, I work within the Sales Team to devise strategies for prospecting clients. I help build sales campaigns and marketing materials to be used to hit our forecast goals. My newest task however is currently training our new marketing apprentice!"

"I have recently started my Apprenticeship as a Marketing Assistant. Working along side our Sales Team, I am developing my skills in a multitude of areas, focusing on marketing and digital content design for a wide range of resources whilst studying at Hartlepool College of Further Education one day a week."

What are your hobbies outside of work? 

"On my days off I'm usually spending time with my friends and family, going out for nice meals or shopping! I also love a holiday (or two) so you'll find me planning my next trip away!"

"I always try to eat fruit but usually that idea is straight out of the window as soon as someone brings in caramel shortbread!"

"I love travelling to different countries I recently went on a trip around Europe! I spend my weekends however playing guitar or hanging out with my friends and family."

"I am responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of structured cabling and DfE projects. This involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and installation teams to design network infrastructure solutions. Additionally, I also assist in the installation of structured cabling when needed."

"Working within a fast growing company, I identify potential clients, build relationships, and understand their needs leading to the preparation of proposals. I also support our construction partners through their tender and bid processes for all IT related elements."

What are your hobbies outside of work? 

"My weekends are mostly consumed with supporting Newcastle United as a life long fan, I also enjoy spending time and making memories with my family!"

"I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Technical Team and their customer interactions. This alongside both internal and external project responsibilities make sup the majority of my workload.  I am also the escalation point for all issues to do with the technical related matters. "

"I enjoy watching Football, especially my beloved TOON, Socialising, cooking and spending time with my family."

3rd Line Support Engineer

"My role is is predominantly on our inhouse helpdesk helping with third line support. Managing client’s infrastructure and assisting them with day-to-day issues/queries and escalations. Internally assisting with documenting processes and service improvements."

"Anything that involves watching or playing football!"

2nd Line Support Engineer

"In my role as an 2nd Line Support engineer I handle IT support tickets, providing remote technical assistance, and dealing with a variety of network issues. I also attend on- visits to perform system upgrades and in-person troubleshooting or when equipment setup is required."

What are your hobbies outside of work? 

"I really enjoy baking and often bring in goodies for the staff to try! I also follow a lot of sports, particularly F1 and NBA"

2nd Line Support Engineer

My role is to investigate and resolve first- and second-line support issues, based on-site for one of our clients. Alongside this I create and review technical documentation, as well as performing system maintenance and troubleshooting network/infrastructure issues.

What are your hobbies outside of work? 

"In my spare time I enjoy Hiking and Camping. I also quite an avid chef and love to cook"
