Here’s how it works: Imagine you’re in a meeting or on the go, working on a document in Microsoft Word or another app on your phone. Once you’re back at your PC, a notification will appear, prompting you to pick up right where you left off, enabling a seamless transition between devices.
This functionality is powered by OneDrive’s sync capabilities. It already supports Android devices, and while iPhone compatibility hasn’t been confirmed yet, it’s likely on the horizon.
Effortlessly moving between devices without interrupting your workflow could be a huge asset, especially for remote teams.
Though "Hand Off" isn’t widely available yet, it has strong potential to become a valuable tool for businesses.
